Description
Yeast cultivation with a dampable wort sterilization tank designed for an operating pressure of 2 bar and a capacity of 2.47 hl, as well as a second heatable and coolable wort sterilization tank designed for an operating pressure of 2 bar with a capacity of 12.7 hl. Both tanks are equipped with an agitator. Control via Steinecker control cabinet (time-controlled).
