Description
Yeast propagation with dampable wort sterilisation tank designed for an operating pressure of 2 bar and a capacity of 2.47 hl, a second heatable and coolable wort sterilisation tank designed for an operating pressure of 2 bar with a capacity of 12.7 hl, as well as a yeast propagation tank with a capacity of 72 hl, permissible operating pressure of 2 bar and jacket cooling with 2 cooling zones in the frame. All tanks are equipped with an agitator. Also includes a CIP tank. The system is controlled via a Steinecker control cabinet (time-controlled).
