2-vessel brewhouse, consisting of: - KASPAR SCHULZ mash and wort kettle for up to 80 hl per brew. Built approx. 1980, directly fired by means of a 2-stage gas burner (renewed in 2000). Stainless steel vat. Agitator with steel chains. - KASPAR SCHULZ lauter tun for up to 80 hl per brew. Year of construction approx. 1980. 12 spring areas. Equipped with top-driven chopper (steel chopper suspension), stainless steel chopper knives and brass false bottom. Spreading takes place via an eccentric screw. - KASPAR SCHULZ whirlpool made of stainless steel. Year of construction approx. 1980. - 80 hl stainless steel tank, built approx. 1980, insulated and clad, as hot water reserve for mashing and sparging water. - Tubular heat exchanger, built approx. 2000, insulated, for heating cold water for mashing and sparging - Bischoff brewhouse control system, fully automatic, connection-programmed.
