𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗖𝗬𝗖𝗟𝗘 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 for water, lemonades and fruit spritzers. 𝗕𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘀: 0.5 L, 1.0 L, 1.5 L 𝗡𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗽𝘂𝘁: 24,000 bottles/h (with 1.0 L) (currently only max. 18,000 bottles/h at the packer) The full bottles are packed in PETCYCLE crates. The used bottles that come back with the empties are removed from the crates at the ejector and sent for disposal. (Shredder is no longer available.) The new bottles are destacked pallet by pallet at the new bottle depalletiser and transported pneumatically to the rinser.
