Repacking system

Repacking system

Description

The repackaging system is used to unpack glass bottles from pallets containing full module boxes, repackage them into ‘open basket’ carrier boxes holding four bottles, and repack them into pin-partition crates with palettising. The system consists of the following individual machines: 1. Depalletising of full module crates / repalletising of empty module crates: Here, pallets containing full module crates are fed in and destacked, whilst empty crates are stacked and transported out. 2. Repackaging machine: Here, 20-unit module boxes are unpacked, 4-unit carrier cartons are unfolded and filled with bottles/packed. 3. Packing into pin-partition crates and palletising: Here, the 4-unit carrier cartons are packed into pin-partition crates, stacked onto pallets, and transported out of the system.
