Description
Disposable PET filling line for mineral water and soft drinks. The system consists of the following components:
- Preform feeding and transport (Kosme, 2011) lifting box with tilting device and chain conveyor
- Preform air rinser
- Stretch blow moulding machine (Kosme KSB 6R, 2012) with preheating
- Filling and capping block with bottom cooling, filler with 40 filling valves (Kosme, 2012) and capper with 8 capping heads (Arol, 2011)
- Cap feeding with chain conveyor and cap feeding
- Fill level and closure inspection (Krones
Checkmat, 2012) with diversion
- Labelling machine (Krones Contiroll, 2012) Hot glue labelling of wrap-around labels, with label inspection.
- Vertical conveyor (Gronemeyer, 2011)
- Shrink film packer (KHS Innopak Kisters SP)
- Carrying handle applicator (Krones Variostick)
- Palletising with layer pad dispenser
- Premix system with degassing and carbonation
- CIP system with 3 containers, each with a capacity of 1000 litres, one of which is heated
- Free conveyors for bottles and containers.
