Glass bottle filling line

Reusable glass bottle filling line for filling fruit juice and juice mix drinks. The filling line consists of the following components: - New glass bottle lifter (Kettner, 1985) with pallet loading, gripper head, empty pallet removal, bottle table and intermediate layer remover - Empty palletiser (Kettner 1994) with pallet loading, gripper head, crate table and empty pallet removal - Unpacker (Kettner, 2002) with packing heads and gripper tulips - Crate washer (Bohrer), crate cleaning trough with two crate turners - Unscrewing machine (Adelski, approx. 1990) with 12 unscrewing heads - Bottle cleaning machine (Krones, 1994) single-end machine - Empty bottle inspector (Heuft) for checking the base, mouth, side walls, thread and residual liquid - Filler (Bertolaso, approx. 1990) for hot filling with 60 filling valves and capper for twist-off caps. - Tunnel cooler (Niko, 2015) for spray cooling of the filled beverage - Labelling machine (Krones) for cold glue labelling of belly, back and neck labels - Label inspection (Metec) - Inkjet printer (Markem-Imaje, 2012) for best-before date marking - Packer (Kettner, 1989) with packing heads and gripping tulips - Palletiser (Kettner) with empty pallet feeding, gripping head and raised working platform with control panel - Pallet securing device (Bornbinder) for strapping the pallets with a horizontally applied cord - Film wrapper (Robopac) for wrapping the pallets with stretch film
