Description
Westfalia Separator, last used in a fruit juice plant. The separator's control system was modernized by GEA.
The product is clarified in the centrifuge bowls and conveyed further under pressure. Solids collect in the solids chamber and are periodically discharged automatically. During CIP cleaning, the cleaning fluid is pumped in a circuit.
