Microbrewery

Small brewing system with 3 stainless steel brewing vessels with wort cooling and tanks for fermentation and storage. The system consists of the following components: - Mash tun (Inox Behälter GmbH, 2019) with a gross volume of 152 litres and adjustable agitator. Indirectly heated with timer and temperature control - Lauter tun (Inox Behälter GmbH, 2019) with a gross volume of 171 litres and false bottom. - Wort pan (Inox Behälter GmbH, 2023) with a gross volume of 250 litres. Indirectly heated with timer and temperature control. - Mash pump (Zuwa, 2019) with a power output of 0.37 kW. - Wort cooler (Kelvion, 2016). - 4 single-walled storage tanks (Eurolux) standing on 4 feet, 3 of which have a gross capacity of 250 litres and 1 of which has a gross capacity of 200 litres. The tanks are each equipped with a immersion sleeve for temperature measurement and can be opened via a screw-on manhole cover. Each with a drain pipe and manual valve as well as a sampling tap.
