Description

Keg system for internal and external cleaning and for filling beer kegs. The kegs are placed manually on the conveyor belt and lifted off again manually after the filling process. First, the kegs are cleaned in a washing tunnel with brushes and spray nozzles. Internal cleaning and filling takes place on a line with a total of 7 stations, broken down as follows: 1. Centring 2. Mixed water rinsing and lye cleaning 3. Hot water rinsing and acid cleaning 4. Hot water rinsing and steaming 5. Pre-stressing 6. Filling 7. Barrel head spraying The CIP system includes three steam-heated tanks. The acid tank is equipped with an automated valve. Additional tanks for hot water buffering and condensate return complete the system.
