Description
System for dosing sterile air into the wort. The air flow rate is adjusted manually via a needle valve, and the air flow is read on the glass cylinder of the float-type flow meter. The air is also purified in a sterile filter.
The sterile air is dosed into the wort stream via the dual-fluid nozzle. A section of the wort line with valves and a conductivity meter is also supplied.
