Palettising robot

A single-arm articulated robot for loading beverage crates onto pallets. The robot retrieves one pallet at a time from the pallet magazine and places it on the pallet conveyor, whilst full beer crates reach the end of the crate conveyor. Per cycle, the robot retrieves a row of four beer crates and places them on the pallet. Once the pallets are fully loaded, they travel along the roller conveyor via a corner transfer unit to the pallet discharge area, where they can be removed, for example, by a forklift truck.
