Empty bottle inspector

Inspection machine for checking empty glass bottles prior to filling. The base, sides and neck of the bottle are inspected. Bottles containing residual detergent from the cleaning process are also detected. An additional inspection unit is positioned upstream of the main inspector, which screens out foreign and defective bottles in advance. The inspection criteria are recorded using cameras as well as RF and IR technology.
