2-vessel stainless steel brewhouse (beraplan, 1997), mounted on a stainless steel frame with a work platform. The brewhouse comprises the following components: - Mash/wort kettle, steam heated, with propeller agitator, mashing nozzle, CIP head and 4 hop dosing hoppers. - Lauter tun with slotted false bottom, rake, spray heads and spent grain pump - Whirlpool as a separate stainless steel vessel (gross volume: 48 hl, manufactured by C. Gresser, 1978) - Two-stage plate heat exchanger (GEA Ecoflex) as wort cooler - Spindle station - Control console (Siemens) with buttons and screen for visualising the brewing process. - Control cabinet with S5 module and various other control and regulation elements. - Various other pipework, pumps, valves, measurement and control technology
