Glass bottle filling line

Reusable bottle line for filling beverages into 0.5 l and 0.33 l glass bottles. The filling line comprises the following components: - Uncorker (Rink, 1995) with 2 uncorking heads - Unpacker (Albert Frey) with 2 unpacking heads - Crate washer (Göbel, 1971) for cleaning using spray nozzles - Bottle washing machine (GM Gera, 2007), single-end machine - Empty bottle inspector (Krones, 2016) for checking the base, side walls, neck and residual liquid - Glass bottle filler and capper (Krones), short-tube counter-pressure filler with 40 filling valves and capper for crown caps - Labelling machine (Krones, 1995) for wet glue labelling - Date coding (Domino, approx. 2010 – 2017), inkjet printer - Fill level, label and cap inspector (Syscona, 1997 – 2008) - Packer (Albert Frey, 2002) with two packing heads - Palletising system (ABB, 2014) with articulated arm robot - Conveyor belt systems for bottles and crates
