Description
Plant for preparing malt, followed by weighing prior to milling. The system comprises the following main components:
- Cyclone
- Dust collection bag, mounted on a metal frame with 4 legs
- Malt distributor
- Malt conveyor
- Cleaning unit comprising a flat sifter and a polishing machine (Künzel, 1967)
- Magnet for metal separation (Künzel, 1967)
- Malt discharge weighbridge (Chronos, 1962) (20 kg per tipping cycle)
- Analogue scales, freestanding, measuring range up to 36 kg
- Special explosion protection vacuum cleaner (Kärcher)
- Control cabinet
