Description
Biological lactic acid plant for the production of lactic acid to adjust the pH of beer wort. In two fermentation tanks, each with a capacity of 40 hl, the wort is fermented by lactobacilli to produce lactic acid at 45–50 °C. Each tank is fitted with a sampling tap, two heating elements, a safety valve and a vacuum valve.
