Complete beer clarification system, consisting of the following main components: - Kieselguhr candle-type split filter (Filtrox, 1979) with a capacity of 27.1 hl and a filter area of 26.62 m². A Kieselguhr filter based on the Twin Flow system. The Kieselguhr filter recently underwent a complete mechanical and electrical overhaul and was equipped with additional measurement technology. - Cartridge membrane filter (KHS, 2011) with 24 filter cartridges and a filtration capacity of 200 hl/h - 2 trap filters - Buffer tank for unfiltered wort (Gross, 1979) with a volume of 61.5 hl - Buffer tank for filtrate (Gross, 1979) with a volume of 10 hl - PVPP dosing tank (1981) - Kieselguhr dosing tank (1979)
