Complete beer clarification system, comprising the following main components: - Diatomaceous earth cartridge filter (Filtrox, 1979) with a capacity of 27.1 hl and a filter area of 26.62 m². Refurbishment work was carried out by Steinecker in 2002. - Cartridge membrane filter (H&K, 2011) with 24 filter cartridges and a filtration capacity of 200 hl/h - Buffer tank for unfiltered wine (Gross, 1979) with a capacity of 61.5 hl - Buffer tank for filtered wine (Gross, 1979) with a capacity of 10 hl - PVPP dosing vessel (1981) - Diatomaceous earth dosing vessel (1979)
