Description
Beer pasteurization plant. In the plate heat exchanger (APV, 1995), 200 hl/h of beer is first heated to 74 °C using hot water at 3 °C and held at that temperature for approximately 40 seconds in the holding section. Finally, it is cooled back down to 8 °C in the heat exchanger using cooled beer.
