Description
‘Cleaning in place’ system, comprising the following components:
- 400-litre stainless steel tank serving as a hydrostatic circulation vessel
- 7.5 kW feed pump (Packo) for delivering 25 m³/h against 4.1 bar
- 4.0 kW return pump (Packo) for delivering 25 m³/h at 2.0 bar
- Shell-and-tube heat exchanger for heating a flow rate of 25 m³/h from 55 °C to 75 °C
- 4-way chemical dosing system for lye, acid, disinfectant and additive
- Control cabinet with touchscreen display
- Various pipework, valves and sensors
