Description
“Cleaning in Place” (CIP) system, consisting of the following components:
- 400-liter stainless steel tank serving as a hydrostatic circulation tank
- 7.5-kW feed pump (Packo) for pumping 25 m³/h against 4.1 bar
- 4.0 kW return pump (Packo) for pumping 25 m³/h against 2.0 bar
- Shell-and-tube heat exchanger (Weinbrenner) for heating a flow rate of 25 m³/h from 55 °C to 75 °C with 790 kW
- 4-channel chemical dosing system (ProMinent) for lye, acid, disinfectant, and additive
- Temperature measurement
- Conductivity measurement (E+H)
- Inductive flow meter (E+H)
- Control cabinet with touchscreen display
- Various piping and valves
