Description
Stainless steel vessel for mash production, designed for a maximum cast-out wort volume of 180 hl. The vessel is steam-heated. A bottom-entry, two-blade propeller agitator keeps the mash in motion and ensures homogeneity. Additionally, the vessel is equipped with a pre-masher to mix grist and water and prevent lump formation.
