Beer analysis device

Device for the automatic analysis of beer. The beer sample (approx. 20 ml) is sucked into the measuring cell by means of a pump. Alcoholic content and density are measured by using thermal measuring effects. Moreover, derived properties as real and apparent extract, apparent degree of fermentation and original gravity are determined.
