Water treatment plant

Water treatment plant from Grünbeck for treatment of brewing and process water. Fully mounted on a stainless steel frame and controllable via Simatic S7-300. Reverse osmosis system for removing hardness compounds, salts, particles and micro-contaminants from water. This produces brewing water with the desired hardness. To protect the membranes, coarser particles are first removed in two fine filters (with pore sizes of 50 µm and 5 µm respectively). Desalination then takes place in two pressure pipes containing membrane modules. Includes sterilization filtration, membrane modules, chemical dosing, centrifugal pump, piping, valves, measurement technology, and control cabinet with touch panel.
