Description
Utilities for supplying a brewery with compressed air, refrigeration and steam:
1. Compressed air system:
- Piston compressor (Kaeser, 2005) with 4 kW and a maximum discharge pressure of 10 bar
- Compressed air refrigeration dryer (Kaeser)
- Vertical compressed air receiver (Mehrer, 1975) with a capacity of 750 l and a maximum pressure of 7 bar
- Additional vertical compressed air receiver
2. Refrigeration system (Universal-Kühltechnik Bart, 1997)
3. Rapid steam generator (Jumag, 2008) with a maximum thermal output of 276 kW
