Water softening plant

System consisting of three ion exchangers for water softening (previously used for process water in the bottling line). Each ion exchanger has three ion exchange columns, an adjacent salt tablet container, and a control/operating unit. Of the three cartridges per unit, one is in operation, one is undergoing regeneration, and one is in standby mode following regeneration. The treated water is stored in a 20 hl buffer tank (2011) with a pressure capacity of 11 bar. To maintain the liquid level, the tank is equipped with a pressure gauge.
