Bottle washing machine

A washing machine for cleaning glass bottles prior to beverage filling. The soiled empty bottles are loaded into bottle baskets and pass through the system for approximately 14 minutes. First, the bottles pass through a pre-soaking bath and a lye bath in the lower section, and are then rinsed in the upper section with lye, twice with hot water, cold water and finally fresh water. The cleaned bottles are discharged onto the bottle conveyor above the bottle inlet.
