Palletising and depalletising plant

System for depalletizing empty beverage crates and palletizing full beverage crates. The system consists of the following components: - Depalletizer (Matek/Packtech, 2001): robotic arm with clamping grippers for layer-by-layer depalletizing; upgraded in 2017. - Palletizer (Matek/Packtech, 2001): robotic arm with clamping grippers for layer-by-layer palletizing. - Pallet pressure check (Syscona, 2001) - 2 pallet magazines (for good and rejected pallets) - Pallet labeling system (2005) for applying "EAN 128" labels - Pallet strapping system (Strapex, 2005) for applying two horizontal straps - Pallet conveyors with turning segments as well as infeed and discharge stations
